SlideRedo processes your email, uploaded slide images, generated images, generation settings, orders, credit ledger and referral attribution to provide the service.
Uploaded slides are sent to the configured AI image provider to generate your result. Do not upload information you are not authorized to share. Account, database and storage services use Supabase; email delivery uses Resend. Paddle processes checkout and payment information as merchant of record. SlideRedo does not collect or store your full card details.
Images are normally retained for up to 30 days, subject to the stated retention setting. Account and payment records may be retained longer to operate your wallet, handle disputes and meet legal obligations. Service providers may process data outside your country.
Essential cookies support login and referral attribution. You may request access, correction or deletion through the support email below. Deletion may be limited where records must be retained by law.
